I get that it’s just a convection toaster. But it really does work a lot better at reheating things that should be crispy outside (fries, etc.) and making the iffy frozen foods my kids want (pizza rolls, mini corn dogs, etc) into something that almost seems like food.

Have had this less than a month and so far, I love it. Since I got it, I think I’ve used my regular oven once — to bake something too big for my air fryer. After 3-4 weeks of owning it, the only warning I’d have for people is to be careful when following recipes. Try less at first. For instance, a recipe would call for something to be cooked for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. But in this Ninja, that way overdid it. I’d suggest 370 at 20 minutes or 17 minutes at 400 — something like that. I’ve used it just about every night. Love the way it cooks chicken and roasts veggies and potatoes. I just wish I hadn’t waited so long to get an air fryer. It’s pretty easy to clean as well.

This is my 2nd air fryer and I think it works much better than my first. The items I cook in it come out much crisper than my 1st air fryer. The design is better in that the basket has no openings (unlike my first fryer which had slatted vents in the side). The solid basket is much easier to clean and the crisper insert is easy to install and remove because of the corner stoppers on which the insert sits. The unit was easy to learn to use even if there had not been included instructions. I would give the product 5 stars, except I believe some features could be improved upon (like viewer displaying time remaining and temperature setting). Although there is a pause button, I think it would be better/safer for the unit to turn itself off whenever the basket is removed. All in all, very happy with my purchase and would recommend.
